Hartford Concrete Company was started in 2022 by Michael, a Hartford-area concrete finisher who had spent years doing the work under other companies' names. When the time came to go out on his own, he stayed close to home — Hartford, where he grew up, and the surrounding communities like West Hartford, East Hartford, and New Britain that make up daily life in this part of Connecticut.
